Amy is a highly sought after international executive consultant experienced in leadership development, project & business management, organisational change, coaching and facilitation. She consults independently and with Impact Solutions International (ISI), specialising in leadership/values development and conflict resolution. Amy was hand picked to train as a facilitator in ISI’s hallmark program, the Executive Leadership Development and Personal Transformation program. As part of the ISI team, she has implemented and co-facilitated ‘Building and Leading a High Performance Culture in Tasmania’s Healthcare System Leadership Program’, facilitated and supported transformational leadership programs throughout South East Asia in partnership with The Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies and is currently Project Manager of TasRail Executive Leadership Program.

Amy has performed in a wide variety of roles and has a track record of building high performing teams and achieving outstanding business outcomes. She has over 25 years experience working in project management, hospitality/tourism, training and personal development. Her accomplishments are extensive including winning Telstra Tasmanian Business Woman of the Year in 2005. Her love of food, people and her acute business acumen have seen her lead, manage and consult within a number of prestigious tourism/hospitality business initiatives including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Meadowbank Estate, Peppermint Bay/Hobart Cruises, Pure Tasmania, Pumphouse Point.

As a coach, Amy guides and supports clients with intuitiveness and consciousness to create practical, sustainable and workable solutions. She has a strong focus on the evolution of human consciousness through the development of intelligent mindfulness. Amy has an innate ability to communicate and connect with people from all backgrounds. This has enabled her to create workplace cultures based on empowerment and ownership in many of the organisations she has helped to create, consult in and manage. This background has provided considerable experience in working within corporate, GBE and private enterprise including facilitating and managing small and large group workshops; mentoring; strategic planning and professional development.
