What Others Say About Rikki’s work

“Rikki is a wonderful facilitator. She has an incredible capacity to set out the simple steps to stimulate and inspire the system changes needed. From design to the live event, she is energised and assertive. Adeptly clarifying issues, uncovering opportunities and connecting
threads of concepts into a cohesive process. She is deeply compassionate – able to maintain a mindful observance of the people in the room while keeping the full group uplifted and focused on discovering their path. I have worked with a large number of facilitators around the world and Rikki shines. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
Jessica Robbins, Global Island Partnerships (GLISPA), Founder, Tasmanian Way

“Rikki facilitated a workshop for our leadership group with a focus on communication and conflict management.  The workshop was insightful and practical.  Our team left armed with new skills to use when dealing with challenging workplace scenarios.  There is clear evidence
that the skills presented in the workshop have translated to our dealings within the workplace, both internally and with external stakeholders.”
David O’Sign, CEO, Cornerstone Youth Mental Health Service.
