Impact Solutions International

Chris Rees

I have been working in Impact Solutions International (ISI) for the past 9 years and in recent years have been a Director and Senior Consultant, and one of ISI’s core team.

I continue to have the privilege of working with individuals, teams and organisations in Tasmania and internationally. I have loved embracing and developing new skills that pull together all that I have learned working with people over 30 years as a teacher, councillor, team leader and manager. This is true of the whole ISI core team, and I experience our work as always being fresh and incorporating the best new thinking as we support transformative leadership in this ever changing world.

What are you really passionate about?

My first passion is the natural world, this extraordinary planet that we are treating so poorly. It is our only home and so comes first. My passion translates to my work with Impact Solutions International in that we need good leaders with highly developed consciousness if we are ever to live sustainably as a species.

How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?

ISI has provided me with the opportunity to learn from leaders in their field globally, and from the company’s own 30 year experience of what works best in delivering exceptional programs in almost any circumstance. I am confident to work with leaders at any level and across cultures.

What work do you most like to do?

I love working with young people, and with male leaders on their own self awareness and personal development. In particular I relish using conceptual frameworks such as The Leadership Circle and the Presencing Institute’s Theory U that provide great platforms and processes for diving deep.
