Jake Snepvangers
I have been described as passionate, engaging and creative. My career to date has included business and team development, project management and more recently coaching/facilitation and personal and professional development. The cornerstone behind all of my endeavours is to inspire greater authentic empowerment in the leaders of today so they are a positive role model for generations to come. Former employees and clients include Tourism Tasmania, Tasmanian Government, the Beacon Foundation, Federal Group, Hobart Restaurant Group, Audi, Abercrombie and Kent, just to name a few.
My love for people and experience in human development was the stimulus behind developing my own consultancy, Jake-William as well as working on two of Impact Solutions International hallmark programs developing younger emerging leaders.
I have a special focus on men’s health with a successful men’s wellbeing program – The Empowered Man. This is in addition to being the Project Manager and co-facilitator of the annual Tasmanian Men’s Gathering. The gathering supports the mental and emotional health of hundreds of men from around the globe through 4-day long retreats in the wilderness.
My strong IT and sales background has seen me create platforms that generate greater stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, business performance and increased profit.
What are you really passionate about?
Creating experiences for self-empowerment.
How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?
Impact Solutions helped me access a deeper understanding of who I am and what I want to bring to the world. It also enabled me to connect with other leaders in their respective fields, broadening my network and my perspective of what is possible in the world.
What work do you most like to do?
Whilst operations, project management and program design are my strong suits, I am most at home on the ground facilitating personal growth experiences – this is where I really shine.
