Impact Solutions International

Kate Cashman

I am a multi-passionate and big vision thinker who truly believes that we are all leaders – we lead of our own lives and in the world around us. For some of us, that may include a title in a workplace or business, for others that may be more subtle. My work connects my vast array of experience and qualifications as an international certified and award-winning life and leadership coach and executive consultant, legal and policing academic, entrepreneur and mother to those wanting to create change in the world through their work.

I primarily work one-on-one and in small groups and workshops with professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders to help them step further into becoming courageous leaders, living a value-led life and using their potential and mindset to create change in the world. I regularly host workshops in these areas and provide keynotes, facilitation and Mistress of Ceremonies roles as an experienced speaker and host for a range of events. I have high level expertise in running award winning corporate conferences and heart centred workshops that explore themes including work-life flow, culture, leadership, spirituality, mindset, family integration, boundaries and personal and professional wellbeing. I have won national coaching and event awards but the greatest gift has been in seeing transformational change in individuals, families, organisations and the community.

What are you really passionate about?

I’m really passionate about witnessing people step into life leadership – full permission to embody their own passion and power and embrace the possibilities they see for their lives and the world that are co-creating alongside others. That, and the Tasmanian wilderness and wildness. There is nothing like finding yourself in the vastness of nature.

How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?

ISI has given me the structure, foundation and training to further support leaders and organisations who was to effect change. It has connected me to other incredible consultants and thought leaders who deeply engage with spiritual leadership and emotional intelligence.

What work do you most like to do?

Although I have vast experience and passion for hosting and facilitating workshops and small group programs, I love the deeply personal, one-on-one work that I do with leaders in creating transformational change in their own lives, and as a result, in their workplaces. This may be ‘leadership’ work but it is work that I see creating positive and lasting change for humanity and the world around us.
