Sally Wilson
I’m a seeker, searcher and lifetime learner with a passion for liberating the potential in myself and other human beings – potential for best performance, leadership, joy, peace, health, fulfilment and success.
As an opera singer with a global career spanning 20 years, my lived experience has allowed me to better understand such phenomena as: the effect of our mind on our body and performance; the power the evolution of our consciousness has on our experience of every aspect of life; states of flow and ways of living which exemplify ‘power versus force’.
My areas of study span both science and wisdom of master teachers in many traditions, including swift trauma resolution, spiritual philosophy, ancient holistic healing practices as well as methods used to transcend levels of consciousness.
In addition to one-to-one work with clients, I work with exceptional teams in business, performing arts and sports, facilitating their becoming even more outstanding. I also partner with organisations to curate personal development programmes for employees at every level.
The work I offer has been described as “soul soaring”, “life-changing”, “monumental”, “transformative”. You can see why I love it!
What are you really passionate about?
I’m passionate about the unlocking of potential and development of consciousness, for its positive transformative ripple effect on people’s lives, in leadership, organisations, teams, in our communities and on our planet.
How has Impact Solutions International helped your development?
I have known Mary Dwyer for a while – our aligned values and interests drew us together. These values and Mary’s wealth of experience are reflected magnificently in ISI and the clients ISI serves, and I’m delighted to be a part of the team.
What work do you most like to do?
I delight in curating programmes which free potential and have a transformative effect. I enjoy a ‘human puzzle’ – figuring out what’s preventing a person or team from being, feeling, performing their best, and finding effective solutions. I find one-to-one work with my remarkable clients exhilarating, where I have the privilege of seeing profound change and healing occur before my very eyes.
The longer I do this work, the more meaningful become Gandhi’s words: “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him.”
